Our Rates…

We don’t offer ‘internet and published rates’ – we find them confusing and often misleading.

We have rates based on low & high periods of the year for our rooms which are as follows:

Regular rates: Rp 650,000/night
Peak season rates: Rp 695,000/night

Peak season: Chinese New Year, Easter holidays, July, August and Christmas, New Year.

Please note that Peak season on the island can get very very busy. We recommend advance bookings to avoid disappointment.

SPECIAL OFFERS : We offer long-term stay deals, very good low-season deals and last minute deals so contact us for further information and we’ll let you know what is available and what we can do for you.

All our rates include the following:
- Tax and service charge
- Continental breakfast
- Welcome drink and cold towel on arrival
- Good quality toiletries
- 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water per room
- High speed WiFi
- Pick up and drop off service to and from the boat transfers (if required)

Check-out time is 12 noon and check-in time is 2pm. If the rooms are available we are happy to be flexible with these timings to fit in with your boat transfers.

Babies and children policy:
- We can supply cots (maximum 1 per room)
- Children from 2 to 10 years old sharing their parents bed are charged at Rp 100,000 per night inclusive of breakfast

Reservations terms and conditions:
- For cancellations made from 30 to 5 days prior to arrival, 1 nights accommodation will be charged
- For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged
